Refunds are available for products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation. Software licenses and digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@fingerprint.lk or call +94 77 777 7777. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Custom-configured products, software licenses (unless defective), installation services already completed, and items damaged by misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refund. Special order items may have different return terms.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Once shipped, standard return policy applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
